 Reiki
is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Energy, an energy
which is all around us.
Reiki is the name given to a system of natural healing
which evolved in Japan from the experience and dedication
of Dr Mikao Usui.
With my mobile service, I am able to provide Reiki treatments in the comfort of your own home. Areas I currently cover include : Eltham, Mottingham, Bexley, Bexlyeheath, Welling, Blackheath, Blackfen, Sidcup, Chistlehurst, Lee, Hither Green, Bromley, The Docklands, Greenwich and many more.
If you prefer, I can provide Reiki treatments at my studios in New Eltham or Wimbledon. Please contact me to see if I cover your area. I am willing to travel a bit further if required.

| 'Smudge' is the name given to a combination of herbs that the Native Americans use for cleansing physically and spiritually. The herb most commonly used are Sage. It is used to banish negative energies, cleanse and purify. Other herbs used are Lavender, Cedar and Sweetgrass. Each herb has it's purpose. It involves setting light to the herbs so that they smoulder and produce a cleansing smoke, which is then wafted around the area that needs cleansing, or around and through a person's auric field. £15 (depending on the size of the house) |

Animals love the energy of Reiki, especially cats
and dogs. Animals suffer stress for a variety of
reasons including living in unnatural environments,
absorbing the emotions of the homes they live in,
taking on negative energies and diseases as a buffer
to protect their guardians, and misunderstanding
situations that they find themselves in. Dogs may
have 20-30 minutes, but cats are more sensitive
and needs less time. They are eager and willing
to clear their energy fields, but require a little
help in doing so. Animals often heal quicker than
their guardians, as they don't carry the same amount
of emotional or energetic "baggage" as
most humans do. Animals are pure souls, without
judgment – and therefore are fully able and willing
to accept unconditionally the pure Reiki Healing. |

| Clients are advised that in booking an appointment, they are reserving professional therapist and/or studio time exclusively for their treatment. 48 hours notice is required for any cancellations, and any made with short notice may be subject to a standard charge of £10. |

It is possible to heal at any level of being: physical,
mental, emotional or spiritual. Acute injuries can be
helped to heal very quickly but more chronic illness
takes longer. In some cases such as terminal illness,
there is not enough time for the progress of the disease
to be reversed. However, in such cases there is usually
great benefit and enhancement of the quality of life
giving a sense of peace and acceptance during the time
remaining.
Reiki healing can be given anywhere at any time as
no special equipment is needed. The practitioner is
a channel which the energy is drawn through by the need
or imbalance in the recipient. Neither person has to
use any effort of will or concentration during this
process.
As running water smoothes the jagged edges of a rock
until it is small enough to roll away, Reiki flows to
the areas of need, soothing pain and supporting the
body's natural ability to heal itself. Reiki restores
balance in one's life.
